Booking terms
Reception staff is not available 24h in the accommodation, so please informa us about your arrival time. We will provide you the necessary instructions for enter in your accommodation prior to your arrival.
-Check-in: from 15.00 hours.
-Check-out: until 12.00 hours.
Please, contact us if you would like to check in or check out at a different time and we will confirm you availability.
In accordance with current regulations, all guests over 16 years of age must fill out and sign the registered traveller form upon arrival. In any case, booking must be made by a legal age person (18 years old) and one of the guests must be at least 18 years old.
Payment options
No amount will be charged before your arrival. A credit card number will be required at the booking time as a guarantee of the stay. We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit card and bizum.

Free when cancelled 14 days before entry. Contact us as soon as possible at info@eiragundian.com or by Whatsaap at +34676957580.
Cleaning
Your room will be clean daily. In order to promote respect for the environment, only towels on the floor will be changed. Bed linen will be changed every 3 nights.
Internal rules
Eira Gundián is a peaceful place in the middle of the nature. For this reason it is forbidden to make any noise that could disturb the rest of the guests, including parties.
Smoking is not allowed inside of the house, as well as in the outside areas when it may disturb other guests. Ask us for an ashtray to avoid pollution.
Kitchen use is not allowed. Plates and glasses are available in the living room, as well as a kettle and complimentary teas. Used furniture should be leave at the same place in the empty shelves or in the rooms.
Over occupancy of the rooms is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests undertake to leave the accommodation in perfect condition, in any case must report any damage as soon as possible.
